• What is the StellarWaves Crystal Bed?

A Crystal Light Bed with PUREWAVE® technology has 7 hand-cut clear quartz Vogel crystals suspended approximately 12 inches above the client. Each crystal has been hand cut to a specific frequency and is aligned above one of the 7 chakras, the human body’s energy centers.

Colored lights, chosen to match the frequency of the chakra colors, radiate PureWave® LED light and energy through the crystals to all 7 chakras. LED technology shines powerful light on the client’s body to encourage energy balance, cleansing, and alignment. The client lies on the crystal bed face up with eyes closed and bathes in that energy.

  • What do I do after a crystal bed healing?

No matter what the experience is, it is advisable for the individual to rest after a “crystal bed healing” session to fully absorb the experience. It is also advisable to drink several glasses of water over the next several hours to help rid the body of any toxins or waste products which tend to be released through the cleansing action of the crystal light bed therapy session. It also can be helpful to write down the experiences and guidance which can occur during the healing session, to help integrate and ground the experience into your life.

  • How often should I have a “crystal bed healing”?

The number of sessions someone has depends on the individuals’ level of health, and their reason for having “crystal bed healing” sessions. If someone is very unwell, then sessions could be as many as two to three per week until the level of health increases, then reducing the frequency to weekly and then to monthly. If an individual is having crystal bed healing sessions for a spiritual reason then weekly sessions are adequate, and longer times per session may be used.
The crystal bed experience is unique to all individuals, and will offer you an opportunity to unwind, de-stress and relax, while feeling recharged and reconnected physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Do’s & Don’ts

(1) Do spend time with your StellarWaves crystals. In order to ‘activate’ them, you must insert your love and energy into the crystals.

(2) Do not ever touch the front/forward tip of your crystal. It is very fragile; high-quality clear quartz has a very high fracture gradient and cleavage potential.

(3) Do not place or immerse your StellarWaves crystals in water to clear them. If the water is of a different temperature than the crystal, either colder or warmer, it can cause either rapid contraction or expansion of the quartz and result in fissure cracking, creating inclusions.

(4) Do not clear the crystals with salts or salt water.

(5) Optionally, do clear the crystal by smudging with white sage. Circle the crystal 3 times with the sage smoke.

(6) Do not remove clear plastic from unit.

(7) Do not install other apps on the tablet. StellarWaves will not be responsible over malfunction if you do so.

(8) Do keep box and foam shipped from StellarWaves.

Additional Q&A

Q: Are the crystal beds set up for use in Australia or Canada with 240V?  Are they compliant with Australian or Canadian Standards for electronics?

A: Yes, all work with 100-240V with a plug adapter except the heat mat which is 120V. 240V heat mat is special order, or you can use a 300W step-down (240/120V) transformer. Electronics are CE, which should be fine for those of you in AUS.

Q: I notice the beds don’t come with the required cases and these are to be purchased as extras…is that correct?

A: A StellarWaves Crystal Bed comes in a very light box with foam packaging, which we recommend our practitioners to keep. The case with wheels is for practitioners who would like to travel with it to events or on planes. It is not necessary to purchase the case unless you plan to travel with it.

Q: Can I buy StellarWaves Crystal Light Therapy 1.0 and then progressively add all of the accessories?

A: If you buy Stellarwaves Crystal Light Therapy 1.0, you can always upgrade to StellarWaves 2.0. However, make sure that you decide what options you would like to be customized to your device at the time of the check out, (light controller and wheels on stand) because they are not an option for upgrade once the therapy unit is shipped. StellarWaves 3.0 and StellarWaves 4.0 are different systems and cannot be upgraded from StellarWaves 1.0 or StellarWaves 2.0.

Q: If all StellarWaves crystal bed units come with the clear quartz and the coloured lights, what are the chakra wands for?

A: The master healing wands are mobile vibrational healing devices, created so that practitioners can carry them more easily on the go. We offer a mobile kit, but they are also sold individually. They serve the same healing purpose as the healing crystal beds with the best quartz quality and cutting-edge technology on the market. They are all manufactured in Arizona, USA. We also offer discounts when our practitioners become distributors.
Q: What exactly is the StellarWaves Crystal Light Therapy 4.0?
A: StellarWaves Crystal Light Therapy 4.0 is the Rolls Royce of crystal bed healing, and it is the only unit in the world with this kind of technology. It not only includes everything a healing practitioner needs, but it is also a limited edition which comes with white light to activate the Merkabah, light controller and it can switch from left to right and right to left (For more information, please watch our video). Q: How much is shipping to my country, if I live outside USA?
A: Shipping is according to size, weight, number of boxes, zip code and country that the boxes are being shipped to. Q: What is the difference between all the StellarWaves crystal light beds?
Q: I already have a massage table, I do not need to get a massage table with my StellarWaves crystal healing unit, what do I do?
A: StellarWaves Crystal Light Therapy 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 do not come with a massage table, but it is an extra option in the case that you will need one. You can click on the available options and choose one. However, StellarWaves Crystal Light Therapy 4.0 comes as a complete kit, so the massage table comes included in the price.
Q: Do you offer discounts on StellarWaves Crystal Light Therapy units?
A: Yes, our crystal beds and other devices are all at a great price, so the benefit goes to the practitioner. Additionally, current practitioners, first responders and veterans receive discounts to their orders upon verification.
Q: I want to become a distributor, how many far infrared mats or healing wands do I need to purchase at a time?

Q: If I live in Arizona, can I go pick up a StellarWaves myself instead of paying for shipping?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer pick ups; neither do we have a retail store open to the general public. All of our products are sold online and are delivered via UPS Ground in USA or DHL express outside USA.

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:

    • All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs

    • Accessories such as cords and remote controls

    • Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards

    • “Free gifts” or bonus items

    • All items included in a bundle

Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you don’t, you may be subject to a range of actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.

We stand behind our product and if you are not satisfied with the item you purchased you can return it for any reason within 14 days.  We will refund the price of the item minus the s/h and 20% re-stocking fee.

In order to return an item you can:

Log into UPS and print a shipping label. Or you can visit UPS store and mail it from there.

The item needs to be in the original packaging and with no damage. Item needs to be returned within 14 days and has to be approved by our sales team manager. Depending on the payment method, the time frame to refund the buyer should be within 5 business days from receiving the item.


A warranty provides additional protection for your  purchase. It ensures your item will be repaired free of charge or you will be reimbursed if the item breaks during the warranty period.

When you purchase a warranty it covers your purchases against both accidents and normal malfunctions:

  • 12 months of coverage, starting at the item purchase date.
  • Protection from failures caused by accidents from handling (ADH), as well as normal mechanical and electrical failures.
  • 100% parts and labor coverage.
  • Item repairs, or the full item price paid back to you if StellarWaves Engineering Department can’t fix it.
  • Examples of coverage include: drops, spills and other accidents during use, including liquid damage from immersion.

How much is covered?

For replacement payments: You are covered up to the maximum value you paid for the item. Once that amount has been paid out, your warranty is considered fulfilled. If you would like coverage on your new item, you need to purchase a new warranty for it.

What is excluded?

Accidental damage: Unless Accidents Protection is purchased, items that are accidentally damaged are not covered – such as water damage, dropped tablets, and cracked screens, torned crystals.

Software: Software issues are not covered.

International Shipping

When ordering from, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; StellarWaves has no control over these charges, nor can StellarWaves predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


  • The cost to ship items from each product category to international destinations varies by item, shipment, and shipping option.
  • The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there’s a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you’ll be the exporter from the original shipping destination and will be responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country.
  • Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.


RETURN: For all products that you purchased from our store, you have 14 days from the date your receive to return it to our ARIZONA office.

If the product is defective, after the 14 days trial period, the customer can contact us to return it so we can send you a new one. Both product and package need to be complete and new (meaning it can be re-sell as new items, e.g., no scratches on the touch screen, all bags holding accessories are not opened), we will refund you the full price of the product minus return shipping fee. The customer will be issued a shipping fee, and once the customer pays we will mail the item.

In the event that our customer has not bought warranty for any StellarWaves Product, the customer can contact us and return the product to us and our engineers will repair it. The customer will be liable to pay for shipping and repairs.

Buyer’s shipping cost, including the original shipping and return shipping, are not refunded.

Cracked screens or crystals have to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the tablet or crystal bed. Otherwise, it is not covered.

REPAIR: For all products that you purchased from our store, we offer REPAIR service if the device becomes defective. This doesn’t include damages caused by mishandling or misuse, for example, a screen crack caused by dropping the device. The hardware defect has to be verified by us once we receive your return.

If this happens in the first 15 days after you receive the product, once we receive your product back to us, we will ship the repaired product back to you free of charge. Otherwise, you are responsible to pay for the shipping cost. If the model is discontinued, we will send you a later model or more expensive model.

APP: We only issue one software license (app) per device (tablet), meaning that we do not provide apps free of charge. Do not install other apps on Tablet. StellarWaves will not be held responsible for malfunction if you do so.

In the event a tablet becomes defective, customer will need to return the device and our engineers will install new app. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. StellarWaves will issue a link for customer to pay for such charges.

Note: If the product comes with any wear and tear, we will only repair it, not refund.

Returning defective items. If your product turns out to be a defective one during normal usage (there is no physical damage on the tablet), the customer can mail the item back for repair. If we cannot repair it in our Arizona office, we will send it back to our factory for repair. Customers will pay the fees that may occur due to customs duties. Please return the items at your convenience and at the lowest cost possible and provide us the tracking number.

How to track warranty-related repair or replacement.

If a customer contacts us after the  15 day period of receiving an item about an issue, the process is as follows:

  1. Customer contacts us and sends the item to us (customer pays for shipping plus any customs fee if international)
  2. We troubleshoot
  • If after troubleshooting we determine the issue is due to our fault, then we would either fix it or replace it free of charge.  Customer pays for shipping
  • If we determine the issue is due to the customer, then customer is charged for the time and material to do the repair. Customer pays for shipping plus any customs fee if international).
